Chloro Butyle is a black or white synthetic rubber compound designed to resist permeation of air & gases. Ozone and weather resistant, also has exceptional shock absorption. Successfully used as boat dock fendering. Very low water absorption. Useful temperature range is -30° F to +275° F.
