The highest quality gum rubber tubing starts by using the highest quality compounds. We have put a great deal of effort in developing the formulations for the gum rubber tubing we offer. While we realize every diameter and wall thickness can’t be an on-the-shelf item, we have roughly 20,000 feet of rubber tubing on the floor at any given time for quick turn around.
In addition to the standard color typically associated with a specific rubber elastomer, Custom Advanced Connections can also provide FDA certified white rubber tubing in PURE GUM, EPDM, NITRILE, NEOPRENE, SILICONE & CHLORO BUTYL.
Diameters for gum rubber tubing range from 1/8”ID up to 30”ID. Fabric or wire reinforcement can be added for applications that require pressure or vacuum rating.

Pure Gum Tubing
Pure Gum is specially compounded for weather and ozone resistance.

Nitrile / BUNA-N Tubing
It is resistant to water, petroleum products and fuels.

Silicone Tubing
It has outstanding resistance to temperature extremes.

EPDM Tubing
It has outstanding resistance to oxygen, ozone, and sunlight.

SBR Tubing
Its resistance to solvents and petroleum products is about the same as natural rubber.

Hypalon Tubing
It has outstanding oxygen, ozone and weather resistance.

Neoprene Tubing
It is moderately resistant to petroleum products, sunlight, ozone and heat.

Chlorobutyl Tubing
Ozone and weather resistant, also has exceptional shock absorption.

It is resistant to most hydrocarbons and highly aromatic solvents
