Heat Vulcanized Tubing Boots

While we pride ourselves on stocking a tremendous amount of rubber tubing in the seamless mandrel wrapped construction, every compound of every diameter simply isn't realistic. Luckily this isn't an issue since we provide the highest quality heat vulcanized tubing boots and sleeves around. We are so confident in our splice that if the splice itself fails prior to boot / sleeve wearing out, we will replace it at no charge.

Available Compounds

The proprietary fabrication process has opened many doors for both us and our customers. Not only can we provide quick turnaround on non-standard or non-stock diameters for boots / sleeves in tube form, we can also provide tapered connectors. We're not talking about a butt spliced joint with a bandage type of reinforcement strip to the outside. The finished product we provide is completely smooth inside & out. All of this can be done in numerous compounds: tan gum, white nitrile, EPDM, neoprene, silicone, viton, DuraShield, etc. They are all custom, so they are all made to your specific requirements.
